To join the 558h cm referral program, log in to your account and go to the "Referral" or "Refer a Friend" section to get your personal referral link or code. When a friend registers using your link or code and makes their first deposit, the referral bonus is credited to your account — usually within 24 hours of their deposit being confirmed. The bonus amount depends on the current offer and may be a fixed cash amount or a percentage of your friend's deposit. You can refer multiple friends from a single account. However, registrations from the same mobile number or device will not be counted as separate referrals. For the latest referral bonus terms Latest Promotions View page.
At 558h cm, how a cancelled or abandoned match is settled depends on how much of the game was played. For cricket, if a minimum number of overs (such as 5) hasn't been completed, the bet is typically voided and the stake refunded in full. If sufficient play has taken place, the result may be determined using the Duckworth-Lewis method or an equivalent system. For football, bets are generally voided if a match is abandoned before half-time — though markets that have already been settled (such as first goalscorer) will stand as settled. Refunds for voided bets are usually credited to your cash balance within 48 hours. For full details on the rules Terms & Conditions is listed on the page.

Video slots (5 reels or more) come with bonus rounds, free spins, and special features. Megaways slots change the number of winning lines with every spin — sometimes generating over 100,000 paylines. Progressive jackpot slots pool a small portion of every bet into a growing prize pot — whoever hits the jackpot takes the entire pool. 558h cm also features table-blend formats like fishing games and crash games. All slots work just as smoothly on mobile.

Deposits at 558h cm typically reflect in your balance within 1–5 minutes. Occasionally, network issues or payment gateway delays may push this to 15–30 minutes. If more than 30 minutes have passed and your balance still hasn't updated, first check your bKash app to confirm the transaction went through. If it did, note the transaction ID and contact 558h cm support — providing the transaction ID speeds up verification and resolution. If money was deducted from bKash but the deposit failed, a refund is returned to your bKash account within 5–7 business days. The most common causes of deposit failure are session timeouts and incorrect amounts. To avoid this, don't refresh the page while a deposit is in progress.
